Purpose of Data Processing<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Medothic GmbH processes personal data solely within the framework of applicable legal requirements\u2014particularly in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG), and the guidelines of national and international market and social research associations (ADM, EphMRA, ESOMAR).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>All personal data collected by medothic GmbH is always gathered, stored, processed, and used in compliance with applicable laws. Access to this data is also subject to legal provisions. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Participation in studies is voluntary. Respondents may withdraw from a study at any time without giving a reason.
